There is no better proof of a very successful strategic global alliance than the Linux movement. I am delighted to use software that is both free (as in freedom) and open source. It provides great flexibility and I have implemented it wherever possible.

Not outsourcing to increase own skill sets?
Should a company not outsource and instead seek to increase one’s own skill sets? As a business model this has limited applicability. Working interactively with highly specialist players increases your own capability maturity.
